Making A Purchase

Petorama Petshop Ltd sells and operates from it’s store in Bourne, Lincolnshire. All products are as described. Please check all images to ensure you are completely happy prior to purchase.
We accept all orders subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you regarding this, and maybe even provide details of an alternative and similar item.
We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards. We can take payment though our website or over the telephone.

Delivery

Packing charges are included in any price quoted for postage. We use the most appropriate shipping method for the specific item purchased to best insure safe delivery.
Please allow up to 4-7 days for delivery. If any issues arise due to stock or delivery we will keep you informed.

Overseas Delivery

All delivery prices are for UK shipping only. If you require overseas shipping please contact us to get a price based on destination and place your order.

Collection

Collection from our Bourne store is available on all items and not all items are listed on our website. After your order is placed and completed we will make contact to let you know when your item will be available for collection.

Returns Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from our website, please contact us as soon as possible to organise the return/exchange. Please ensure the item is in original condition, along with the original dispatch note and packaging or the return will not be accepted. Please note we can not accept any returns of food items.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
Items purchased online can be returned via post or through our Bourne store.
If returning directly, we recommend insuring your parcel to protect your goods in transit.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any food items or products. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Petorama Petshop LTD will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
